Arboretum, Guelph

This time we went to the city to look for the trees in autumn, when there are colors from leaves, not from the flowers. Atboretum is the best place to find out the exact name of the plants as a lot of them have labels.

The main entrance is closed now, the Victoria Street one is open and the road leads you to the free parking lot. The Arboretum visit is free also. Straight from the parking lot there are two way to different trails:

South from the Arboretum Center there are three small gardens with green fenсes around each of the them.

The Arboretum has remarkable tree collection. There were birch grove, pinery, oaks, aspen grove, fir forest, and a lot of rear trees.

It was noisy in the park, as a result we didn’t see or listen birds, but people take care about little neighbors.

Very lovely place but be ready to meet people on the trails, even a wedding.
